Workspace and Equipment

We have field equipment and archaeological laboratory workspace available for use by CBRL members. 

Please note that, as of August 2017, we are no longer offering vehicles for hire.

Vehicles Equipment

Workspace is available in our archaeological laboratory, but must be booked in advance.

We have reference collections for faunal, botanical and molluscan remains, as well as type series of chipped stone and pottery from selected sites.    

The fee for laboratory work/bench space is 10 JD per space per week (as of April 2017). Users must be CBRL members.

Researchers on CBRL Affiliated Projects booked into BIA accommodation are entitled to free bench space during the period of their stay. Please arrange at the time of booking as availability cannot always be assured.

Fieldwork equipment can be hired per day, per week and per month. CBRL-sponsored and affiliated projects receive a 10% discount on equipment rates.
