CBRL Project Grants 2026-27

Project grants for up to £7,000 are open to early career and established researchers based at one of the UK’s Higher Education Institutions (HEI) or research organisation, including to undertake pilot work to establish the feasibility of a larger project or to bring an established project to completion.  The deadline for applications for this year is now closed, We will contact successful applicants in due course.

CBRL Workshop Grants 2026-27

Workshop Grants for up to £4,000 are open to early career and established researchers to facilitate collaborative academic activity between researchers based in the UK and the Levant working in the humanities, social sciences and related fields. The deadline for applications for this year is now closed, We will contact successful applicants in due course.

CBRL Andrea Zerbini Awards 2026-27

CBRL Andrea Zerbini Awards are open to doctoral and postdoctoral students from universities in the EU and UK for travel to the Levant on topics related to archaeology and heritage. Two awards of up to £4,000 are available. Applications for the Andrea Zerbini Awards are now closed. We will contact successful applicants in due course.
